How we Create our Cargo's for the Best Quality & Designs!
1: The Fabric is carefully selected and woven according to our latest designs & sample fabric specifications. The Cargo designs will be printed onto the prepared fabric panels with the latest in print techniques including Screen Printing and Bleaching to get the best visual effects for the graphic design artwork, durability and feel.
2: The Fabris are then "Brushed" for increased softness.
3: During this process the custom branded buttons are produced as well as the YKK zipper for attention to detail.
4: During the production, the waistband panels, swingtags and packaging is all developed in time for the completed garment at the end of the production line. Once the garment has passed QC (Quality Control), the swingtag detail and packaging will be included.
5: Once this is achieved the fabrics are then sent to the factory where the "Panels" are cut for printing. Once printed these panels are then sent back to the factory where they are sewn & stitched together with the closest attention to detail. The completed cargo's are then re-sent back to the printer for the rest of the graphics to be over printed according to the design specifications. The cargo's are then stone washed for enhanced Urban effect look & feel. Once this has been done the cargo's are then hemmed and the loose threads trimmed. Then the Cargo's go through QC (Quality Control) where only the best products will pass before they are folded and packaged for shipment.
